This Vegan Mac and Cheese recipe is the real deal! Quick and easy, this is what vegan food is all about. Simple ingredients and maximum flavor… it tastes Amazing! Best of all it has no dairy, nuts, oil or eggs and tastes great! You can have this on the table in under 15 minutes from start to finish… now who doesn’t love a fast recipe like that 🙂

This is a hit with kids and adults alike and can be eaten as a meal in itself or served a side dish. YUM!

Vegan macaroni and cheese – 100% plant based and cholesterol free. My heart is loving this 🙂

Recipe by Cooking With Plants


500g macaroni (boiled)
2 cups boiled water
2 cups diced and boiled potatoes
1 cup diced and boiled sweet potato (or carrot or pumpkin)
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 tsp course celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs miso paste
Optional: 1/4 cup pine nuts and 1 tbs tahini

I like to sprinkle with smoked paprika or nutmeg
