Ingredients For Potato Cauliflower Curry:

Cauliflower Florets – 3 cups approx. (half of a medium sized cauliflower)
Potatoes – cubed, 3 cups;
Onions – Finely chopped, 3 cups;
Tomatoes – pureed/crushed/finely chopped, 1 cup;
Ginger paste – half tbsp;
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp;
Whole spices – 1 green cardamon, 5 cloves, 1 star anise, 1 inch stick of cinnamon, half tsp fennel seeds (saunf), 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera);
Ground spices – 1 tsp each of turmeric powder, red chilli powder, corriander powder and garam masala powder, and half tsp cumin powder;
Coconut milk (optional) – half a cup (may be substituted with heavy cream/cashew paste);
Coriander leaves/cilantro to garnish;
Salt to taste;
Cooking Oil – 3 to 4 tbsp;
Water – half a cup;
Salt to taste.
