Ingredients for Aloo Gobi:
Potato β 500 g
Cauliflower -500 g
Onion β sliced, 2 cups
Tomato β chopped, Β½ cup
Garlic paste β 1 tbsp
Ginger paste β Β½ tbsp
Cumin/ Jeera
Turmeric powder β 1 tsp
Coriander Powder β 1 tsp
Red chilli powder β Β½ tsp
Garam Masala powder β Β½ tsp (optional)
Dry Mango powder/ Lime juice β Β½ tsp
Kasuri methi/ dried fenugreek leaves β Β½ tsp
Coriander leaves/ Cilantro β ΒΌ cup
Cooking oil (or butter/ghee) β 3 to 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water β ΒΌ cup
