Power breakfast smoothie time.

It is very important to eat a healthy breakfast. Especially when you are still growing and young. Make sure you eat a fruit with some healthy grains.

I eat a protein smoothie to start my day. First consult with your doctor if that is a healthy choice for your age before you try a protein mix. But, having a fruit smoothie or veggie smoothie with no protein mix is fine too.

Make sure to draw or write about what you eat for breakfast.
