Green Power Breakfast Smoothie
Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
• ½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
• ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
• 1 kiwi, peeled
• ½ green apple, cored & chopped
• 1 cup fresh spinach (packed)
• 1 tsp sliced almonds
• 1 tsp walnuts
• 1–2 tsp honey (to taste)
• 3–4 ice cubes (optional, for thickness)
Instructions
1. Add almond milk and Greek yogurt to the blender first.
2. Add spinach, kiwi, green apple, almonds, walnuts, and honey.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy (30–45 seconds).
4. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.
5. Pour and enjoy immediately.
