Paneer Techa Taco
– First, Prepare Salad : Chopped Cucumber, Carrot, Onion, Hung Curd 1 Tbsp, Salt & Black Pepper Powder as per taste
– Keep It Aside
– For Thecha, Saute Garlic, Ginger, Chilli & Peanuts
– Then make paste of it with salt & coriander leaves
– Grate 200 gym paneer & make tikki
– Now Shallow fry them on low flame
– Take 1 Cup whole wheat flour & 1 Tsp ghee
– add water as required
– make soft & smooth dough
– Then make tortilla
– Add salad & Tikki
– Enjoy
