Here is how to make cinnamon filling that doesn’t lick out the dough when you shape.

Make sure the butter 🧈 is very soft, melt if needed.

Recipe
200g of butter
200g caster sugar
3 tablespoons of cinnamon powder
15ml of vanilla extract

You can mix by hand 🤚🏾 or mixer kit be careful not to over mixed.
