Ingredients for Aloo Gobi:
Potato โ 500 g
Cauliflower -500 g
Onion โ sliced, 2 cups
Tomato โ chopped, ยฝ cup
Garlic paste โ 1 tbsp
Ginger paste โ ยฝ tbsp
Cumin/ Jeera
Turmeric powder โ 1 tsp
Coriander Powder โ 1 tsp
Red chilli powder โ ยฝ tsp
Garam Masala powder โ ยฝ tsp (optional)
Dry Mango powder/ Lime juice โ ยฝ tsp
Kasuri methi/ dried fenugreek leaves โ ยฝ tsp
Coriander leaves/ Cilantro โ ยผ cup
Cooking oil (or butter/ghee) โ 3 to 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water โ ยผ cup
