RECIPES from this video…

(OVERNIGHT) WEETABIX:
-4 (80g) weetabix or oats
-1 TSP ground flax seeds
-2 TBSp soy yogurt
-1 cup (250ml) warm plant milk
-sweetener of your choice
MIX and let sit for a few minutes
Caramel sauce:
-1 TBSP Bisoff spread, melted
-1/2 TBSP each vegan yogurt and agave
MIX and SPREAD on weetabix bowl

NOODLE MEAL PREP:
-85g quick cooking noodles
BOIL
-ginger and garlic to taste
-1 small bell pepper
-50g smoked tofu
FRY in chili oil
-1 TBSP each peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar and agave
ADD to the pan with noodles and a splash water, SEASON to taste

TEMPEH BURRITO:
-1 onion
-2 cloves garlic
FRY in oil
-100g tempeh
-1 TBSP BBQ sauce
-1 TBSP water
-1 TSP each smoked paprika and cumin
-salt and pepper to taste
FRY for a few more minutes, FILL your burrito

MILKSHAKE:-2 frozen bananas
-1 TBSP peanut butter
-1 TBSP chocolate protein powder
-1 cup (250ml) plant milk
BLEND

PASTA MEAL PREP:
-80g pasta
COOK AL DENTE
-1 onion
-1 clove garlic
-5 mushrooms
-2 parsnips
FRY IN oil
-3 TBSP pesto rosso (or more)
ADD with pasta and pasta water/STIR IT in

CINNAMON SUGAR NACHOS:
-1 tortilla, cut in pieces
-1 TSP each cinnamon, sugar, oil
MIX, bake or air fry at 200C/400F for 3-4mins
Caramel dip:
-1 TBSP Bisoff spread, melted
-1/2 TBSP each vegan yogurt and agave
MIX
