List of ingredients for each meal

Low fat fried Kidney beans:
Green blend:
1 celery stalk
5- 6 sprigs parsley
1/2 small onions
1 small thumb of ginger
5 – 7 cloves of garlic
1/3 cup of water

For cooking:
1/2 onion
1/4 bell pepper
1 bag (16oz) of frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans & green peas)
4 cans of kidney beans
Black pepper
Vegetable bouillon cubes

Raw Vegan Pad Thaï:

1 package of kelp noodle (12 oz / 340g)
2 cups of fresh mushrooms
1 carrot
1/4 bell pepper
1 to 2 green onion(s)
Cilantro leaves

2/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons coconut aminos
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 lime

Creamy potato stew:

5 larges potatoes
15 OZ Garbanzo beans (1 can)
1 can coconut milk
4 cups fresh mushrooms
10 garlic cloves
1 can lentils (1.5 cup)
7 sprig parsley
1/2 celery stalk
1/3 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
Salt and curry powder to taste
