Vegan Hashbrown Breakfast Sandwich | Easy Recipe | Just Egg | Gluten Free | #shorts
Hi hello, how are ya? Today I will show you how to make a delicious vegan and gluten free hashbrown breakfast sandwich. For this recipe, I take two crispy hashbrowns topped with ketchup, just egg with melted Follow Your Heart Smoked Gouda, yuba bacon, and cashew hollandaise. This vegan bacon and egg breakfast sandwich is so easy and perfect for a lazy weekend!
1/2 cup raw cashews
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy!
To assemble this sandwich, take one hashbrown and drizzle with ketchup. Add on just egg with melted vegan cheese, top with lots of yuba bacon. Cover with hollandaise, a crack of black pepper, and top with another hashbrown. Enjoy!
