These vegan dessert recipes are actually super easy to make in the air fryer and a lot of them you probably would’ve never thought that you could make. As a vegan, I love my air fryer so much because it can whip up some easy vegan desserts in no time without sacrificing any flavor!

Chocolate Lava Cake
1 cup (120 g) oats
8 tbsp (50 g )almond flour
1/2 cup (40 g) cocoa powder
5 tbsp (50 g) coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
90 g spotty banana (about 3/4 or one small) or 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
2/3 almond milk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup (45 g) chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut milk
**I would highly recommend measuring these ingredients with a scale for accuracy*
Spray 4 small ramekins with oil.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut milk together. Pour into 4 silicone muffin molds and place in the freezer until just firm enough to pop out, about 10 min.
Meanwhile, In a food processor, blend the oats to form a flour. Add in the other dry ingredients and blend until combined. Add in the wet ingredients and blend again until smooth. If it seems too thick, add more almond milk 1 tbsp at a time until smooth and thin. Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins. Take the chocolate out of the silicone molds and place in the center of the batter. Gently press down and pour a thin layer of batter on top to cover the chocolate. Place in the air fryer at 370 for 8 min. Let cool for 2 min, then carefully flip onto a plate. Serve with nice cream or vegan whipped cream! Enjoy!
Banana Boat Smore’s
Graham Cracker pieces
Keeping the peel on the banana, slice it down the middle without cutting all the way through. Cut out a strip of the peel and gently mash the banana with a fork so you can sprinkle on chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker pieces inside. Place in air fryer at 370 for 8 min. Garnish with optional vegan whipped cream. Enjoy!
Black Bean Brownies
1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup + 1-2 tbs sunbutter or nut butter of choice
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup gluten free oats
1/4 cup gluten free flour blend (or just use more oats or flour of choice)
1/2 tsp baking soda
Himalayan Pink Salt or sea salt
Vegan Chocolate chips to your heart’s desire (I used about 1/2 cup + sprinkled more on the top)
Prep a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Blend everything except the chocolate chips in the food processor until smooth and combined. Mix in the chocolate chips. Spoon batter into your baking dish, sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top and bake for about 15 min in the air fryer at 350. I like mine under baked and gooey lol. Eat straight out of the oven like me or let it cool and then cut and serve!
1 can drained and rinsed chickpeas
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup JOI Cashew Base
1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2-4 tbsp maple syrup
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Vegan Rainbow Sprinkles
Vegan White Chocolate Chips
To a food processor, add in all ingredients minus the sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Blend together until smooth. Mix in sprinkles and chocolate chips.
Baking Directions: In a skillet or parchment lined baking dish spread the dough evenly and bake for about 15 minutes in the air fryer at 350.
