Hey y’all! I’m back with a quick and easy vegan recipe that the fam will love! Spice this up or tone it down. Whichever you prefer, this dish definitely hits home with its familiar flavors and shocking meat substitutes. Enjoy and thank y’all as always for watching! I truly appreciate it!

Cajun seasoning: (this makes one small jar of seasoning)

1 tbl + 1tsp sea salt
1 tbl + 1tsp garlic powder
2 tbl paprika
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp onion powder
2 1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes

Reduce or omit cayenne or red crushed pepper if you are sensitive to spice.

Seitan seasoning:

3 tbl white vinegar
1 tbl Cajun seasoning
shimmy of smoked paprika
shimmy of garlic & onion powder

Shrimp seasoning:
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
shimmy of smoked paprika
shimmy of garlic & onion powder

Vegan Shrimp: Typically in Asian markets or online (call ahead to store to confirm they have it)

Smart balance Vegan butter: Whole Foods, Giant, any well stocked super market

Follow Your Heart Parmesan cheese: Whole Foods, any well stocked market

GoVeggie grated Vegan Parmesan cheese: Giant, Shoprite, any well stocked market

Coconut cream: any well stocked market (typically in the international section)
