INGREDIENTS:
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmet
1 teaspoon salt
12 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 large egg
3/4 cup molasses
