Cinnamon buns with caramel topping. Quick and easy vegan recipe.

CARAMEL CINNAMON BUNS
Mix together:
2 cups flour, (white or whole wheat)
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 Teaspoons baking powder
1 Teaspoon salt

Add
½ cup oil of your choice
2/3 to ¾ cup of any milk of your choice

Mix until the dough forms a ball.

Turn out onto a floured surface, knead 10 to 15 times.
Roll into a rectangle.
Spread with non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
Roll into a long roll.
Cut into slices.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees F for approx. 15 minutes.

WHITE GLAZE:
½ to 2/3 cup icing sugar
1 Tablespoon margarine
approx. 1 teaspoon almond milk or any milk of your choice
Mix until smooth

CARAMEL TOPPING:
½ cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon margarine
1 teaspoon milk.
Mix until a uniform consistency

Spread on cooled cinnamon buns.
(Makes 12 buns, approx. 175 calories per bun.)
