Today I show you how to make lettuce wrap black bean tacos with vegan cashew sour cream.

This delicious plant based recipe is gluten free and dairy free and tastes absolutely amazing.

The fresh ingredients make this both healthy and tasty and is great for anyone looking to lose weight or simply eat healthy with a vegan lifestyle.

There is no added oil and it is quick to make for a meat-free lunch or dinner. Yes, vegan really is easy 🙂 And super delicious!

The cashew sour cream tastes so good that I could eat it by the spoon full – and let me tell you, sometimes I do 🙂

Sorry, this is not a taco. It's like replacing the bread in a sandwich and still claim it is a sandwich. The corn tortilla is an element that survived 530 years of invasion and colonization without changing and you don't get come as another outsider and decide that you are going to call them that because the internet loves fake Mexican food. They are probably good and healthy lettuce wraps.

i love your recipes …only i make sure no seeds i saw you used the seeds of the bell pepper….the seeds can cause gas and other problems so i never use them
