Hi Guys, amazing and simple recipe for you guys to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. I’ve had many requests for vegetarian and vegan dishes due to the corona lock-down so i fancied this amazing dish with lovely plump mushrooms!

Ingredients:
470 grams of button mushrooms
4 tbs extra virgin olive oil
3 bay leaf (tez pata)
2 diced onion
2 tsp garlic & ginger paste
4 tsp tomato puree
2 small diced tomato puree
4 sliced green birds eye green chilli
1 handful coriander
1 cup water

Spice mix:
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder

Cooked this last week and it was amazing. Going through the video again to cook in a minute. You need to add the 1 heaped tsp of salt into your ingredients above.

I love watching your videos. But why do you keep calling Onion Bhajia's <Onion Bhajis>? (In Hindi/Urdu lexicon bhaji is normally green leaves like spinach or near cooked like dishes – pav bhaji – aloo bhaji etc.. ) You can't make bhajias out of few green leaves of spring onions or scallions. There is no such thing in Hindi/Urdu linguists. In some parts of India they are called Kanda bjee – not bhaji). Onion Bhaji an anglicized misnomer I am trying to get our British supermarkets to correct,. And here, like so many of our minority Asian cooks in the UK are just compounding the good namesake of one of the most delicious delicacies of our heritage – especially during Ramadan. Our rich recipes are being slowly being corrupted by versions we don't ourselves recognize as good curry. Only Sainsbury does it correctly. Check it out. In all my travels of the subcontinent, I have never come across onion bhaji. Makes one's blood boil!
