Thank you to the “Real Paella” team for sharing some their recipe ingredients secrets, showing us how they make a vegan/veggie version of a homemade style paella.

It’s made with Spanish rice with the addition of Saffron, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Rosemary and Thyme.

It’s a variety of vegetables; including Carrots, Peppers, Spring Onion, Aubergines, Mushrooms, Broad Beans, Onions, Broccoli, Cauliflower & Peas, so if you are perhaps struggling to get your recommended “5 a day” allowance; then a visit to this street food stall should help you easily achieve your intake target………..if not exceed it !!!

Blended with a stock containing Aubergine, Courgette, Capsicum & Garlic which is all fried in Olive Oil.

We hope this video captures some of the time and effort that goes into making “Spain’s national dish”.

The Vegetarian Paella is a special, as such it’s not on the menu every day – if you’re planning a visit to especially taste it, then please do phone ahead to make sure it’s on the menu on the day that you visit, or even if you want to confirm what times & days they are trading, you can call them on: 07454 158 674
