⎈BEGINNER WORKOUT: Today, your challenge is to do 30 minutes of cardio. Try to do interval training. Run hard for 1 minute, rest for 1 minute and repeat 😉 Good luck and let me know how it goes⎈

That non-dairy milk/creamer usually means only lactose free not casein and whey free..I don't know u might have double checked

Hey Danna, I know I have messaged before but I just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you for all the time and effort you put into your videos as they are helping me feel inspired and get my arse to the gym lol.
I have told anyone that will listen about you and that they HAVE to subscribe to your channel.
I am using your workouts (until I can figure out what all the scary gym equipment does), filming myself and posting on my channel under a '3 week fitness plan' as I wanted to start out small. Please let me know if you would rather I didn't do this? I will continue to follow you regardless.

I am so fricking excited that you are continuing for another 12 weeks as you have created such a supportive community and we all look forward to seeing your next video.
