Dough:
230g soya milk
11g dry yeast
60g white sugar
450g plain flour
80g coconut cream
Filling:
30g coconut cream
60g brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Glaze:
2 tbsp soy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
50g icing sugar
Baking temperature: 180 degrees Celsius
Yields: 12 cinnamon buns
