Ingredients
Oil
12 Corn tortillas

Avocado Sauce
4 ripe Avocados
1 Tomatillo
1 Jalapeรฑo
1 Garlic (2 if small)
1/2 cup water
1/2 Tbs Orrington Farms broth & soup base + 1/4 tsp salt
Small bunch cilantro
Lime juice to taste

Filling
Oil
3 cubed potatoes
1 can black beans
1/2 Tbs Orrington Farms broth & soup base

Toppings
Choice of cheese
Radish
Purple onions
