Zucchini for the “noodles”.
Sauce: Cashews, curry powder, green onions, water, limes, jalapeño, celery, onion, salt, turmeric, and dates.

Pasta 3:
Zucchini to replace the noodles
Sauce: macadamia nuts, onions, water, garlic, nutritional yeast, lime, and italian seasonings.
