Ingredients

70g cashew nuts
100g coconut oil
800g soy milk
200g water
180g sweetener
2 tbsp matcha powder
3 tbsp starch

Instructions:

1. blend all the ingredients except for starch with a high power blender.
2. add starch to the half of the mixture.
3. heat it up until it thickens.
4. mix with the remaining mixture and wait until it cools down.
5. pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.

カシューナッツ　70g
ココナッツオイル　100g
豆乳　800g

甘味料　180g
抹茶　大さじ2
葛粉　大さじ3（他の澱粉で代用可）

「作り方」

１、葛粉以外の全ての材料をハイパワーブレンダーで滑らかになるまで混ぜます。
２、葛粉を１の半量に加える。
３、とろみがつくまで火にかける。
４、残りの半量と混ぜ、冷めるまで置いておきます。
５、アイスクリームメーカーに流し入れます。
