This can be a beginner friendly cardio workout as you can adjust the workout to suit your own fitness level. If you are a beginner try doing 10 reps of each exercise and rest as needed in between and use a SMALLER STEP. Increase the reps/step when you feel comfortable. This is also equipment free besides just needing a step or bench!

WORKOUT:
Complete 2-3 rounds and rest as needed. I personally like to have more reps and minimal rest in between to keep my heart rate up and get sweating!

Push up to squat jump burpee x 15 reps
Alternating side steps x 20 reps
In and out squat jumps x 10 reps
180ยฐ jump squats x 15 reps
Lateral knee raises x 30 reps each side
Plyo step ups x 20 reps each side
Face melters x 10 reps each side
Knee to elbow x 10 reps each side
Squat jumps x 10 reps
Mountain climbers x 40 reps
Bent knee crunches x 12 reps
Pike toe taps x 10 reps each side


EASY CHEESY CREAMY PASTA RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower steamed (roughly 3 cups of florets)
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup nutritional yeast (add more for cheesier flavour)
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 lemon juiced
1 garlic clove
1.5 tsp vegetable stock powder
1/4 – 1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chilli
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 cup soy milk (start with 1/2 cup and add liquid as needed to suit your desired consistency) can sub with another plant milk however soy tastes best.
Salt and pepper to taste
Pasta of choice
Serve with greens

There will be leftovers, simply store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.

What workout would you recommend for people with bad knees? I used to play roller derby and one of my knees can't tolerate high impact exercise. Started doing pilates, but I feel like I actually want to break a sweat and obvs get that booty.

I always love love how you use a lot of the same ingredients to make such a variety of food. Many recipe videos are healthy but not feasible even once a week. All the stuff you have in your pantry, even if a little on the expensive side, you use them as stalples which I love!
