SAUSAGE, EGG, & CHEEZE 0:01
1 serving just egg (or other egg substitute)
1 slice violife mature vegan cheddar slice
1/2 field roast italian sausage

QUINOA WAFFLES 0:14
3/4 cup quinoa flour
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp oat milk (or plant milk of choice)
2 tbsp maples syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp pecans

Fu-Ki Plum Wine

APPLE PIE PARFAIT 1:45
culina burbon vanilla coconut yogurt
1 apple, diced
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp agave (or sweetener of choice)
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/4 cup grain free granola

TURKEE SAMMIE 3:40
1 pretzilla pretzel roll
1 slice chao original slice
turfurkey hickory smoked slices
1 anjou pear
butter lettuce
sir kensington fabanaise vegan mayo

SPARKLING LEMONADE 4:23
3-4 tbsp lemon syrup*

1 small yukon gold potato
1/2 bell pepper
1 small yellow onion
1 field roast italian sausage
2 tsp ketchup
2 tsp hot sauce
salt & pepper to taste

ORANGE PINEAPPLE JUICE 5:13
4 cara care oranges
1/2 pineapple

GRAIN BOWL 5:54
rice
2 pieces sweet earth benevolent bacon
1/2 avocado
1 small sweet potato
1 tsp vegan butter
1 tsp agave syrup (or sweetener of choice)

KALE CEASAR 6:16
kale
1 tbsp cashew nuts
DRESSING
2 tbsp vegan mayo (or cashews + water)
1-2 tsp water, based on desired consistency
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
pinch salt & pepper
1tsp sea kelp or nori flakes (optional)
1/4 tsp dijon mustard
garlic to taste
1/4 of a lemon or lime, juiced

BASIL VINAGRETTE 6:54
handful basil leaves
sea salt + white pepper to taste (or pepper of choice)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
drizzle in olive oil to desired consistency
blend with hand blender or food processor

LEMON GINGER TEA 7:06
1.5 tbsp ginger syrup
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
hot water
