My version of a vegan power shake will have you satisfied on many levels. It is delicious, satisfying, and packed with nutrition! Good for any time of the day including post workout. No need for expensive protein powders or supplements when you have a smoothie like this.

2 medium bananas
3 pitted medjool dates
2-3 cups spinach (or other greens)
2 walnuts
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries (or other berries)
1/2 cup chick peas (garbanzo beans or other beans)
2-3 cups unsweetened soy milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
5 leaves basil
