I'm a fan of Gaz Oakley for about two years (and of course I cook his meals). I saw you in one of his videos a few days ago and… *I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL*! 😍
When I watched this video, I noticed that you always mention that it contains "a lot of protein". I immediately remembered the season on Netflix "Down to Earth with Zac Efron" (S01E04 – "Sardinia"), where they are trying to figure out the reason why people there are getting so old (a lot of them over a hundred years). And they found out that their meals consist of very little protein but a lot of carbohydrates! A completely new insight, in complete contrast to the "food industry". This episode (to be honest, the hole season!) is really worth a look. 😊
