Ok I made this today and it was great. I left out most of the spices and I used Trader Joe’s cashew spread. It’s like cheese.and it’s pretty good. I wonder how you could make it firmer. Do you think mixing whole wheat flour might do it? Thanks.

Look aweful… But seams a good base to start.
I have seen another video where the cauliflower is put in a fry pan on low heat to get water out of it and make it drier, so I would never put it in water!
