A baking episode, nice. I've been doing a lot of baking lately. Eight days ago I made bread, I didn't have a mixer, so I did it all by hand. My right arm still hurts to this very day.

Didn't really get to cook much this past week due to me being traveling. However I did get to eat a lot of yummy vegan food in the Philadelphia area. I had an Impossible Burger, a Vegan Cheesesteak, and Vegan Pizza. The venue at the GYC Atlantic also provided an amazing assortment of vegan meals. Those green beans were just to die for, and their cheese sauce tasted so real I had to ask the chef if it was truly vegan.

Anyways, your muffins look absolutely delicious. Hope your skin heals soon. Also I'm not sure if it's the lighting but it seems your hair changed colors.
