Today I’d like to show you 5 vegan breakfast ideas. If you are looking for something interesting for your breakfast, watch this video. You will find healthy and simple vegan breakfast recipes: protein omelette, banana pancakes, colorful smoothie bowl, tuna sandwich and veggie quesadillas.


———- #1 Quesadillas with veggies ———-

2 tortillas
1 onion
1 tomato
1 avocado
3 tbsp hummus
salt, pepper
olives, spring onions

———- #2 Smoothie bowl with chia seeds ———-

1 layer: a half banana + 1 cup red&black currants
2 layer: 6 tablespoons chia seeds + 25 tablespoons of vegan milk + 1 tsp fructose + 1 tsp coconut flakes
3 layer: a banana + a bunch of spinach

———- #3 Vegan Omelette with mushrooms ———-

1 medium onion
4 medium mushrooms
3 tbsp chickpea flour + 8 tbsp water + seasonings + salt + 2 extra tbsp chickpea flour
1 tomato
1/2 tsp turmeric
2,5 tbsp flax seeds
fresh greens

———- #4 Healthy vegan pancakes ———-

1 cup oats
1/2 cup sour yoghurt
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp melted coconut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 rice flour

———- #5 Vegan Tuna Sandwich ———-

1/2 can white beans (or chickpeas)
1 tsp hot mustard
1 tsp sour cream
turmeric, salt, pepper, lime juice and greens
any fresh vegetables
