100g cashew nuts
100g oil
400g firm tofu
200g coconut milk
100g brown rice syrup
100g maple syrup
1 vanilla beans


1. blend all the ingredients with a high power blender until smooth.
2. pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
3. leave it in a freezer for a couple of hours.
