Chef JDT back again with my go-to morning drink โ€” a green smoothie! You guysโ€ฆ this is my secret weapon. Itโ€™s PACKED with veggies and nutrients, and did I mention itโ€™s delicious? Give it a try and let me know what you think!

The full ingredient list is below:
โ€“ 2 cups water
โ€“ Handful of romaine lettuce
โ€“ Handful of spinach
โ€“ 2 stalks of celery, chopped
โ€“ 1/2 cucumber, chopped
โ€“ 1 apple, quartered
โ€“ 1 banana, chopped
โ€“ 1 pear, quartered
โ€“ 1 lemon, squeezed

And my secret ingredient – ยผ cup spirulina powder!

Blend for about 15 seconds and presto!
