This is not a paella, the only ingredient that barely matches is the rice, I've checked the restaurante La Murciana from València and obviously this frankeinstein's rice is not on the menu. People like you are the ones who damage our traditions, and the worst of all is that you try to profit from a hoax

Although I believe paella cooking has no limits, I presume the owner of this restaurant must be from Murcia. As a Valenciano I'd never put cabbage in a " paella Valenciana" nor red/green peppers (peppers just in Alicante).
Típical paella Valenciana(from Valencia province) usually is just rice, homemade chicken stock, a 50/50 mix of chicken and rabbit, butter beans and flat green beans That's it.
