As always it is raw, gluten free vegan. That means no dairy or refined sugar and flour which are used in traditional pizzas.
There are many raw vegan pizza recipes out there and they are pretty tasty. I wanted to share a recipe that is relatively lower in fat using buckwheat and vegetable pulp for crust and less nuts for the sauce. You can even make it nut free if you replace pine nuts with other seeds (such as sunflower seed or hemp seeds) or even coconut meat.
Raw vegan pizza
Ingredients you need:
buckwheat, soaked, drained and sprouted if possible
flax seed
olive oil
vegetable pulp (i used beetroot and carrot pulp. green vegetable may make the crust a little bitter and more fiberous)
curry spice
salt
black garlic (you can use normal garlic if black garlic is not available)
basil leaves
zucchini
pinenuts, soaked, drained and rinsed
