1 1/2 Cups shredded white cabbage
1 carrot shredded
1 spring onion shredded
1 Teaspoon ginger minced
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Cup chickpea flour
1 Cup water
or any other fave toppings
mix the chickpea flour with the water use a whisk to make it smooth. then add it to the veggies and mix well with the mix.
Put 1 Teaspoon of coconut oil in the frying pan, heat up the frying pan. When the frying pan is really hot, add the okonomiyaki mix.
Fry for about 3 minutes or longer until crispy on the sides then turn it
Eat while still warm. Put the okonomiyaki sauce on top and the also coconut yoghurt, sprinkle with some sesame and cut spring onions
2 Tablespoons ketchup
2 Tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
mix well with a whisk
