Recipe:

Preheat Oven to 400F

2 Packs of Beyond Meat 'The Beyond Burger'
1 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Cummin Powder
1TSP Garlic Powder
1/4 TSP Sea Salt
1/2 TSP Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Chopped Shallot (1 Large Shallot)
1 Flax Egg
1 Cup Chopped Bella Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Sweet Bell Pepper
1/2 TSP Tamari
4 TSP Ketchup (I TBLS for Mix & 1 TSP as Topper)
1 TBLS Sun-dried Tomatoes

Bake 35-40 Minutes
