1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup black beans
chopped tomatoes
1/3 cup corn
chopped purple onion
chopped avocados
chopped cilantro
1/2 cup salsa
Roasted veggie bowl
1 cup cooked quinoa
Roasted sweet potatoes
Roasted beets
chopped bell peppers
Baby Kale
Lemon extra virgin olive oil dressing
Asian style bowl
Cooked quinoa
shredded carrots
chopped cucumber
chopped bell peppers
chopped cilantro
sliced almonds
dressing 2 tsp almond butter, 1/2 lemon juice, 2 tsp sriracha sauce 2 tsp water
Pesto bowl
cooked quinoa
2 tsp pesto
garbanzo beans or white beans
chopped walnut
Kale or spinach
Mediterranean Bowl
cooked quinoa
garbanzo beans
roasted veggie or sweet Potatoes
chopped cucumber
feta cheese
Tahini dressing
Recipe for roasted beets
Boil the beets for 15 min
peel and cut in cubes
add olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
toss very well or mix very well
roast 410 degrees oven for 20 min
