EASY VEGAN DESSERTS

hey !!

here are three easy and delicious plant-based dessert recipes…that are healthy enough for breakfast. I hope you enjoy the vid, and let me know if you give them a try (recipes down below).

BROWNIE INGREDIENTS:
250g flour of choice
200g unrefined sugar
30g cocoa or cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
200ml dairy free milk
200ml oil of choice, or 200g vegan butter/coconut oil
100g dark chocolate or/and mixed nuts

FLAPJACK INGREDIENTS:
350g oats
80g flour of choice
150 unrefined sugar
pinch salt
200g vegan butter or coconut oil
175g liquid sweetener (e.g brown rice syrup, maple syrup, agave nectar, golden syrup)
100g dried fruit/choc chips/mixed nuts

FRUIT CRUMBLE INGREDIENTS:
topping:
175g flour of choice
110g unrefined sugar
110g vegan butter or coconut oil
pinch salt
1 tbsp rolled oats
filling:
500g fruit/veg of choice
unrefined sugar or syrup to taste
