So you guys wanted more cooking videos and here you have one! I filmed what I took to uni for four days to give you some recipes plus some general ideas of some snacks and things to take with you! I hope this helped you out with some lunch time inspo and as you can see I am a very very hungry person...

Recipies

Soba Noodle Sauce
1/2 Tbsp Ginger
1/4 cup peanut butter
Pinch coriander
2-3 Tbsp water
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp soy sauce
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tbsp lime juice

Caesar Sauce
1/2 cup soaked cashews (boiling water 1hr)
1/4 cup water
2tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 small garlic clove
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (vegan, i used spring valley)
2 tsp capers
salt and pepper to taste

Tempeh Marinade
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 garlic cloves
