📖 Creamy Cheesy Vegan Broccoli Soup 📖
Ingredients (serves: 3)
Organic potatoes (500 g)
Broccoli (350 g)

Garlic powder (1 tsp)

Water (1 L)

1. Finely dice the washed potatoes. Cut the broccoli florets off the stem.
2. Put all ingredients in a big pot. Add 1 liter of boiling water and cook on medium heat until the potatoes are soft. Depending on the size of your potato cubes this will take about 20-30 minutes.
3. Blend the soup, using your hand blender.
We didn’t peel the potatoes that’s why we used organic potatoes and washed them thoroughly. If you use regular potatoes, it’s healthier to peel them.
