Green power smoothie for a quick breakfast #shorts#ytshorts#trendingshorts #healthysmoothierecipes

Ingredients:
Spinach Leaves (5-7 Leaves)
Almonds(5-6 Units )
Oats(1 bowl, 4TBSP)
curd(1 Bowl,200ml)
Ripen Banana-1 Unit
Chia Seeds(1TBSP)
Basil Seeds(1TBSP)

Process:
Take a jar add spinach leaves, Oats, Sliced Banana, Almonds and curd give it a blend and then after seeing smooth texture. Add 1TBSP of Chia & basil seeds and blend it for 30 sec. Now, Your smoothie is ready serve it to serving glass and almond flakes to it and your Creamy Spinach Smoothie is ready.

It is very rich in Vitamin A & K and Iron you can consume it on regular base.
