Monday: MINI PANCAKE LOTUS BISCOFF CEREAL
Macros: 501Kcals 57C 37P 14F – including both lotus biscuits
60g flour – sub for oat flour, self raising, spelt, buckwheat, wholemeal, rice, glutn free flour – not almond or coconut flour
30g @Myprotein vanilla soy isolate – Discount code below
5g chia seeds
5g coconut oil
1 tbsp sweetner
200ml almond milk
squeeze of a lemon, some baking powder and salt
Crumbled up lotus

*Blend in a blender before placing in dispenser- Alternatively for the dispenser, you can use a resealable plastic food bag, fold into a triangle and cut a small snippet off the end with scissors*
