INGREDIENTS (PANNA COTTA)

For the Jelly:
– 1 Cup Fruit of choice
– 5 gr of Agar Agar
For the Base:
– 1 Cup of Full Fat Coconut Milk
– 1/2 Cup of Oat or Almond Milk
– 2 Tbsp of Corn Starch
– 2 Tbsp of Sugar (or sugar replacement)
– 1 Tsp of Vanilla

INGREDIENTS (LEMON CHEESECAKE)

For the Cookie Base:
– 5 Dried Prunes
– 6 Dates
– 2 Tbsp of Oats
– 20-25 Raw Almonds
– 1 Tsp of Vanilla
For the Lemon Cheese Layer:
– 1/2 a Lemon
– 1 Cup of Full Fat Coconut Milk
– 1/2 Cup of Oat or Almond Milk
– 1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup or Agave Nectar
– 1 Tsp of Vanilla
– 5-7gr of Agar Agar
