Today we are making an easy vegan breakfast sausage pizza. Recipe includes an easy 5 minute vegan sausage, a creamy country gravy layered together topped with smoky cheddar, and a beautiful runny vegan egg over top. As always I will share homemade recipes with some store bought alternatives along the way. You can make this recipe as bougie or simple as you like and it comes together in under 30 minute .

INGREDIENTS
Gravy
⅓ cup olive oil or vegan butter
¼ cup tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup vegetable broth
1 clove garlic, minced
½ cup of white beans, blended
3 cups unsweetened plant-based milk, at room temperature
salt & fresh cracked pepper, to taste

Topping

Spinach (optional)

Vegan Sausage
¾ cups of tvp: https://amzn.to/35vVQt7
1 cup of vegetable broth
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp italian seasoning

Vegan Egg
1 package (10.5 oz) firm tofu, drained
3 tbsp of non based milk
1 tbsp of cornstarch

Dough
1 package (16 oz) of pizza dough or vegan crescent rolls

Pro tips:
(Share you expertise in the comments below)
*Add parchment paper over your dough to make it simpler to roll out with less mess.
*If you are looking for a simplified version of the vegg topping, simply chop tofu into small pieces and mix with a tsp of oil and 1 tbsp of the vegg mix. Place on top and bake.
*Use a square pan and push all topping ingredients to the edge for a uniform looking final product.
