I paired them with a Maple Lemon-Garlic Aioli made with avocado-oil mayo 🍋🍁 Sweet Potatoes: -4-6 large sweet potatoes, sliced in half -EVOO -garlic powder -smoked paprika -sea salt -black pepper -Italian seasoning -nutritional yeast -fresh thyme Steps: -Season sweet potatoes with EVOO, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning. -Cover the bottom of a parchment-lined baking dish with a layer of nutritional yeast -place sweet potatoes face-down on top of the nutritional yeast -Bake at 400F for 35-40 mins or until crispy.
