Oats, allspice, ground ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, almond milk, water, vanilla protein, apple, banana, coconut flakes, vanilla cashew butter and agave nectar.
♦ Lunch/Rainbow Potato Salad:
Tofu, homemade marinade, mixed salad leaves, sauerkraut, red pepper hummus, red pepper, cucumber and tomato.
♦ Dinner/Christmas dinner:
Vegan Yorkshire pudding, vegan roast, roasted carrot, cauliflower, broccoli, vegan gravy, peas, cranberry sauce, roasted sweet potato, and roasted white potato.
♦ Dessert/cakes and pastries:
Vegan cinnamon rolls and vegan apple spice cake.
