Something quick and easy I prepared dinner for my men.

Family size 4-6 servings!

12 potatoes, cut into small cubes
2 heads of broccoli, broken into largeflorets

Cook or steam potatoes.
I cooked it on hight heat with a closed lid, so it’s 80% cooked.
Add vegan butter, spices such as salt & pepper, onion & garlic powder.
In a big baking tray sprinkle cheese, then place potatoes on top, sprinkle cheese on top of the potatoes, as much as you want.
You can also mix the potatoes together with cheese, and then sprinkle on top.

For broccoli add oil, salt & pepper, onion & garlic powder, nutritional yeast.
Mix well.

Bake at 400F for about 40-60 minutes.
