Vegan Green Protein Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
1-2 bananas
1/2-1 cup zucchini
Lots of spinach
1/2-1 peach
1/2 cup chickpeas
*all of the above should be frozen*
Splash of unsweetened organic soy milk
Protein powder (OPTIONAL)

This green smoothie is PERFECT for a quick delicious and nutrient dense meal! Super refreshing AND It doesn’t even require protein powder (though always optional to add protein powder), but still provides plant based protein with a secret ingredient! How do you make a protein smoothie with no protein powder???? You’ll just have to watch to find out!

DIRECTIONS:
Blend all ingredients in a blender slowly adding in splashes of plant milk for a thicker consistency. Blend until desired consistency! Enjoy!
