Ingredients
Olive oil 2 tbsp
1 cup boiled Rajma (I used Chakrata Rajma by @himshakti )
4 garlic minced
1 chilli minced
1 large onion chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
1 capsicum chopped
1/2 cup boiled sweetcorn
2 tbsp tomato sauce
3 tbsp rajma water
1/2 TSP each oregano, maxican seasoning, paprika, chilli flakes, cumin powder and red chilli garlic salt
4-5 basil leaves chopped
1 lemon
2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
6-8 flour tortillas
Butter as required
Cheese as required
