Dry ingredients -
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
3/4 cup brown sugar

Wet Ingredients -
5 tbsp room temp coconut oil
1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax+ 3 tbsp water)
1/2 cup molasses
2 tsp vanilla extract
